  • Transferring real estate under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
  • Obtaining approval for the use of cash collateral.
  • Pursuing the recovery of preference payments.
  • Preparing Chapter 11 Disclosure Statements and Plans of Reorganization.
  • Advising individuals and businesses concerning their rights and obligations related to commercial leases and executory contracts.
  • Assisting and advising individuals and businesses with respect to collateral valuation and setoff and recoupment issues.
